About Course

In Unit 15, children will learn and practise:
• using ‘could’, ‘may’ and ‘might’ for expressing possibility and ‘should’ for giving advice
• using and applying a range of comparative and superlative adjectives and modifying adverbs
for emphasis (really, quite, so)
• vocabulary related to sports and leisure, jobs, shopping, space travel, shapes, colours,
patterns, household objects, the environment and the sea
• using and applying days of the week, times of the day and numbers between 100 and 1000
• using and applying a range of present and past tenses, including the present perfect and the
past continuous
• using and applying ‘going to’ and ‘will’ to talk about the future
• asking questions about taste and appearance (‘What…like?’) and answering them (‘It… like +
noun’)
• using and applying adverbs of place and prepositions
• developing sentences by using ‘where’ as a relative pronoun,
‘while’ to connect two actions and ‘such’ to provide emphasis
• asking questions about duration and distance (‘How far’ and ‘How long’)
